Ingredients: sweet potato - onion - green lentils - tomato - kale - peanut butter - parsley - garlic - lime juice - nutritional yeast - cumin - salt - maple - ginger - smoked paprika - red chili flakes + Basmati Rice.
Heating Instructions: Place frozen or thawed contents in a pot. Simmer covered on low heat until hot. If necessary, add water.
To Microwave: Remove lid, from frozen microwave on high for 5 minutes, then stir, then 3 minutes on high.
