Frozen - Single Serve (500ml)
Ingredients: tomato - onion - coconut milk - garlic - italian herbs - nutritional yeast - maple - salt - cayenne.
Heating Instructions: Place frozen or thawed contents in a pot. Simmer covered on low heat until hot. If necessary, add water.
To Microwave: Remove lid, from frozen microwave on high for 5 minutes, then stir, then 3 minutes on high.
