Frozen - Single Serve (500ml)
Ingredients: chickpeas - barley - carrot - celery - onion - mushroom - nutritional yeast - garlic - turmeric - salt – pepper.
Heating Instructions: Place frozen or thawed contents in a pot. Simmer covered on low heat until hot. If necessary, add water.
To Microwave: Remove lid, from frozen microwave on high for 5 minutes, then stir, then 3 more minutes on high.
