Frozen - Single Serve (500ml)
Ingredients: tomato - chickpea - onion - parsley - yellow curry spice blend - garlic - ginger - cayenne - maple - salt. + Basmati Rice
Heating Instructions: Place frozen or thawed contents in a pot. Simmer covered on low heat until hot. If necessary, add water.
To Microwave: Remove lid, from frozen microwave on high for 5 minutes, then stir, then 3 more minutes on high.
