Easy Meals for a Busy Professional

I have had the pleasure of trying Good Stock's alfredo sauce, borscht and cheeze (and currently have mushroom stroganoff and lasagna in my freezer) and I have to say OMG BEST alfredo I've ever had!!! SO creamy, garlic-y and wonderful. I super reccomend the alfredo pasta sauce as it is hands down my favourite meal now. Dairy-Free Cheeze

When you want to eat healthy but don't have tasty dairy-free and plant-based substitutes, Good Stock really helps. Their food tastes so good I forgot I was eating healthier. About Us

Good Stock Foods is an Edmonton family owned and operated plant-based food market and food manufacturer.

Our concept started with co-owner and red seal chef Michelle's vision to transform people's health by providing clean, plant-based options that are still uncompromisingly delicious.

We started as a quick-serve restaurant in 2017 but pivoted completely to a ready-made food market in 2020. This has allowed us to focus on what we do best; creating healthy recipes and cooking delicious, home-style food from scratch, in addition to a growing wholesale business related to our plant-based cheeze products.
